| Why We Can't Accept PO, APO or RR Boxes
Because we want to ensure timely shipping and delivery, we are unable to ship to PO, APO or RR Boxes. All orders within the continental U.S. are shipped via UPS ground. UPS then tracks the order from the time it leaves our warehouse until you sign for the package upon arrival. PO, APO or RR Boxes do not allow us to obtain a signature confirming receipt, so we have no way of knowing if the order was received or not. That's why we require a physical address for shipment. Then, if the order does not arrive in a timely fashion, we can immediately trace the package and either confirm receipt, correct a shipping problem/error or resend a replacement order. NO ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED WITH a PO, APO or RR Box. We will request a physical address via email, but you can eliminate delay by providing us with a physical address up front.
